About CareLink
The CareLink Project
The European Commission's commitment to promoting a holistic understanding of youth well-being aligns with the objectives of the Erasmus+ Youth Program to mitigate the negative impacts of traumatic disasters on young people's mental health. The Erasmus+ Youth Program recognizes the need for proactive measures to reduce the adverse effects of traumatic disasters on the mental health of young individuals. This initiative aims to foster international cooperation and knowledge exchange by exploring innovative approaches, sharing best practices, and developing comprehensive strategies that enable young individuals to build resilience, cope with challenges, and regain a sense of stability and well-being after traumatic experiences.
